Once you choose your package and make payment: I will forward my questionnaire to you. Next, I will create your CV from the information you provided on this questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire in its entirety
For clients who prefer to not fill in the questionnaire, there is a $50 surcharge, as this is a more time consuming process, simply because I will not have all the information I require.
There is also a $50 surcharge for returning a handwritten questionnaire, so please type it!
